For players, their families and friends, this event promises to be a tremendous occasion,
made all the more so when the individual players are personally sponsored to survive the event ! One thing that
will keep the players going, is knowing that, as the hours tick away, they are raising funds for a most worthwhile
cause. Below are two documents, that you can download and print (Don't worry, they look better when printed than
they might appear on screen). The first is a letter to send to friends, colleagues, and family
(at home and abroad) to get them to sponsor the event.
The second is a letter to be sent to companies who might consider corporate sponsorship of the whole event.
Please DO NOT send out the corporate sponsorship forms without coordinating with Callum McGlynn FIRST !
Companies will get upset if they are pestered with multiple, uncoordinated requests, so please check with Callum
that any company you are thinking of contacting, have not ALREADY been approached, BEFORE you send the letter out.
