Moment
Ben Jeffs Whilst on tour in July, and playing at Seaford,
players were told to stay off the covers as there
was to be an important match on the Saturday.
This was about 50 yards from the wicket being played
on. Marge had a goldfish moment, completely forgot
the instructions and was last seen diving head first
into them, chasing a ball, covers strewn everywhere,
Marge upside down, a mess of arms and legs!
Donut Award
Simon Ackroyd Fielding on the boundary without his glasses v Luton
Caribbeans – needn’t have moved to catch it,
stretched arms wide out, made no attempt to go
for it, and then stood on the spot in amazement
as the ball went rolling and the batsmen kept
running!
